LEGAL
Taypret Customer Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 1 October 2026
These terms govern browsing, accounts and orders on taypret.com and any Taypret application through which the same services are offered. The Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data.
1 Who we are
Operator: taypret Establishment, trading as Taypret. Commercial registration: 7055208115. E-commerce authentication: 0000330411. Customer service: support@taypret.com and 0558547562, 24 hours. Website: https://taypret.com.
2 Marketplace role
Taypret connects customers with independent Saudi brands offering abayas and clothing. The seller identified on the product page and order is responsible for supplying its products. Taypret operates the platform, coordinates orders and delivery, and collects payments on sellers’ behalf under its agreements with them. Describing Taypret as an intermediary does not remove any responsibility imposed on Taypret by law.
3 Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts, or act through a legally authorised guardian. Provide accurate contact and delivery information, protect your login details and report unauthorised account access promptly. You remain responsible for orders you authorise; this does not make you responsible for losses caused by our own breach or failures.
4 Products and listings
Check the seller, measurements, size guide, fabric, colour, care instructions and delivery option before ordering. Images may appear slightly different on different screens, but that does not excuse a materially inaccurate listing. Any customisation or made-to-measure work must be expressly agreed and identified before payment. Selecting a standard ready-made size does not by itself make an item customised.
5 Ordering and acceptance
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Acceptance occurs when Taypret sends an order acceptance confirmation after checking payment and availability. If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, a genuine pricing error occurs or fraud is reasonably suspected, we may decline the affected order and return any amount collected for it. We will not substitute a product or increase the price without your agreement. Confirmed order details record the seller, items, total and delivery commitment.
6 Prices taxes and discounts
Prices are in Saudi riyals. The checkout shows the product subtotal, discounts, applicable VAT, delivery and the final payable total before confirmation. Tax must not be charged or described as VAT unless legally applicable. Invoices identify the relevant supplier and tax details as required by law. Discount conditions are displayed with each offer. No additional payment-method fee will be imposed unless lawful and clearly disclosed before payment.
7 Payments and instalments
Only the methods shown at checkout are available. Mada, cards and Apple Pay may be processed through Moyasar or another identified payment provider. Tamara and Tabby, when enabled, require the provider’s approval and separate customer terms. An approved instalment order can be fulfilled without waiting for the provider’s settlement to Taypret. Brand payout schedules do not affect your consumer refund rights. Refunds involving instalments are coordinated with the provider; a return request alone does not cancel your repayment obligations.
8 Delivery
Available locations, cut-off times and the delivery commitment are shown before payment. Same-day delivery applies only to eligible in-stock products and covered addresses meeting the displayed cut-off. Fast delivery is SAR 30 and is free for eligible orders above SAR 600, unless a different offer is displayed before payment. A basket of exactly SAR 600 does not qualify under this threshold. Multi-brand delivery charges or separate deliveries must be disclosed at checkout. We notify you of material delays. A missed delivery caused by inaccurate details or unavailability may require an agreed redelivery charge; we do not impose undisclosed charges.
9 Cancellation returns and refunds
Contact customer service promptly to request cancellation. Before dispatch, we will cancel if fulfilment can reasonably be stopped; customised work already started is assessed under the applicable legal rules. After dispatch, the Returns and Refunds Policy applies. We do not offer additional discretionary change-of-mind returns beyond applicable legal rights. Damaged, defective, wrong and materially misdescribed products are handled under that policy. Statutory rights for eligible unused purchases and delayed delivery remain available.
10 Acceptable use and content
Do not use the platform for fraud, unlawful sales, security attacks, impersonation, unauthorised scraping or infringement of intellectual property. Reviews must be honest and must not expose others’ personal information. You grant Taypret permission to display and moderate reviews you submit for operating the platform. Taypret branding and platform content may not be commercially reused without permission from the rights holder.
11 Service interruptions and responsibility
We may suspend access reasonably to investigate fraud, protect security or remedy material breaches. Suspension does not remove obligations relating to accepted orders or valid refunds. We remain responsible to the extent required by law for our own acts and omissions. No term excludes mandatory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Events outside reasonable control may affect delivery; we will explain the effect and preserve applicable cancellation and refund rights.
12 Complaints updates and governing law
Send complaints through the customer-service details above with your order number. You may also use the competent Saudi authorities and courts. Saudi law governs these terms. Updates apply prospectively from the published effective date; accepted orders retain their agreed terms unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. If a clause is invalid, the remaining clauses continue to apply. If the language versions conflict, the Arabic text prevails, subject to mandatory law.
